Compensation Surveys and Consulting
Significant part of Fontes solutions is annual compensation surveys, which have been carried out since 1996.
From 2007 Fontes is carrying out compensation surveys in Lithuania under the brand BSS (Baltic Compensation Survey) providing information on compensation in all the three Baltic States.
Compensation Survey is a comparison of compensation of the organization with the market. Information on salaries, incentives, bonuses, benefits and perquisites for performers of different positions, as well as information on trends of employee compensation policy and forecasted changes in compensation in particular market segments and in the general labour market is summarized in it.

This year in Latvia there will be available General Compensation Survey (on September 1st), compensation surveys in the following sectors: Pharmacy, Finance, Information and communication technologies, Higher Education institutions, as well as Top Executive survey.
This year in Lithuania there will be available General Compensation Survey (on September 1st), compensation surveys in the following sectors: Pharmacy, Information and communication technologies, as well as Top Executive survey.
This year in Estonia there will be available General Compensation Survey (on September 1st), Sector Compensation surveys, as well as Top Executive survey.
548 organizations participated in Compensation surveys in 2010 - 241 in Latvia, 117 in Lithuania and 190 in Estonia.
Compensation prognosis survey (Forecast Survey)
Besides annual Compensation Surveys, Forecast Survey is carried out in January.
The purpose of Forecast Survey is to support management in decision making by providing structured report with summarized and analyzed information on the changes made in the 2nd half of the previous year in the organizations, current trends in the general labour market and management forecasts for the following year.
The survey covers the changes in the compensation policies, compensation and the number of employees, as well as general feeling regarding entrepreneurship in the following year and the impact of the current economic situation on decision making.
