SIA Fontes Latvija was established in 1996, and currently is the leading consultancy company in Latvia offering Executive search and solutions for general and human resource management.

At the beginning of 2008 Fontes Latvija Ltd was divided into two separate companies. Fontes Executive search group continues to operate under the name AIMS International Latvia Ltd, Fontes Consultancy group, - under the name Fontes Vadības konsultācijas Ltd.

Since the moment of foundation the company Fontes performs annual link Compensation surveys in Latvia and in 2007 it started to do it also in Lithuania, thus providing information on compensation in all the Baltic States. In 2008 the Baltic Human Resource Consulting UAB was established. In Lithuania we are represented under the brand Baltic Salary Survey.

AIMS International Latvia Ltd, Fontes Vadības konsultācijas Ltd and Baltic Human Resource Consulting UAB belongs to Fontes Grupa. All companies together will continue to be a professional long-term partner for attraction of talents and development of organization.
